Threat Assessment Teams
The Governor Mifflin School District utilizes a Comprehensive School Threat Assessment Model to proactively identify and intervene when students exhibit concerning or threatening behaviors. This process is not punitive; it is designed to be a supportive, fact-based system that prioritizes student well-being and campus safety.
For each building, a specialized, multi-disciplinary Threat Assessment Team is established. These teams, composed of administrators, school police, counselors, social workers, special education and mental health professionals, work confidentially to assess threats, connect students with needed resources and supports, and mitigate potential risk.
Below you will find the team members dedicated to ensuring a secure and supportive environment at each campus.
