Teacher Grants

Contact Us
The Governor Mifflin Education Foundation (GMEF) has several grant programs available for Governor Mifflin School District staff. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and grant decisions are made throughout the school year. Please allow up to 60 days for approval. A brief summary report will be required upon completion of the program/project.
Please note that these awards should be applied for by Governor Mifflin School District staff only. All staff should seek approval from their building principal prior to submitting the grant in order to ensure that the project/initiative is not something that is already funded or could be funded by the district.
Questions regarding grant applications should be directed to Beth Stanislawczyk, GMEF Executive Director.
Mustang Mini-Grants & Think BIG! Grants
MUSTANG Mini-Grants are available in amounts up to $1,500.
Think BIG! Grants are intended for larger requests up to $4,000. Consideration will also be taken for exceptional proposals that exceed $4,000.
Grants are intended to fund INNOVATIVE educational initiatives, programs, projects, or purchases in the Governor Mifflin School District. The requests should meet the Foundation’s mission which is grounded in supporting educators in providing students with a robust and future-focused education and/or our vision in assuring that all students are afforded engaging and robust educational opportunities.
