Report of a Suspicious Vehicle by Student

Attention Governor Mifflin School District Community,

Today, January 18, 2023, our administration was made aware of a report made by a student that they were followed and approached by a suspicious individual driving a black car on their way to school.

Our district administration and school police officer are working closely with our local law enforcement to investigate this occurrence.

At this time, we are asking parents to speak with their students and remind them to remain aware of their surroundings when walking to or from school, not to speak to strangers, and to report any suspicious activity that they experience or witness to the police or another trusted adult immediately. We will remain vigilant and ask that you do as well.
