The Weekender Program Available at GMSD

The Weekender Program is a FREE and joint collaboration with Helping Harvest and each of our schools in the Governor Mifflin School District. The Weekender Program provides participating students with a bag of nourishing and easy-to-prepare food through the weekend. Bags are handed out after school, typically on Fridays during the school year. The Weekender Bag contains assorted meal options such as cereal, pasta, skillet dinners, soup, juice or shelf-stable milk options, as well as kid-friendly snacks.

To participate, please fill out the Google Form available here. Please note that, if you have more than one child in school, you will need to submit a response for each child.
