Progressive Consequences

Our approach to student behavior combines restorative practices with progressive consequences. Restorative practices focus on repairing harm caused by misconduct, allowing students to take responsibility and make amends. Progressive consequences involve increasing the severity of disciplinary consequences for repeated offenses. This approach aims to create a positive learning environment where students are held accountable for their actions while also being given opportunities to learn and grow.
