Visitor Policy
All visits must be prearranged by making an appointment directly with the staff member you are visiting or by contacting the school office. All GMSD campuses have designated visitor parking areas.All visitors are required to report directly to the main office of the school they are visiting to sign in, providing their name, purpose of visit, and a valid government-issued photo ID. The office staff will verify the visitor's identity and issue a visitor badge, which must be worn at all times while on school premises.
Visitors will be escorted to the appropriate location within the building based on the purpose of their visit. If a visitor is meeting with a specific staff member, the office staff will confirm the appointment and notify the staff member of the visitor's arrival. Visitors are expected to follow all school rules and regulations, including adhering to designated pathways and areas within the school.
Upon completion of their visit, visitors must return to the front office to sign out and return their visitor badge. This ensures that the school maintains an accurate record of all individuals present in the building at any given time.
